How to Catch the Sun is a collection a year in the making, kickstarted after the sudden passing of Frida's uncle. It explores grief, love, and depression. A lesson in hope but more of a collection in the shape of a question mark. This is a reminder to check in on your "happy friends" because depression does not discriminate.
